Chris Mar has served as Close Quarters Combat Chief Instructor of China's most elite Special Police Group (SPG) Counterterrorist Instructors Group and is founding Chief Instructor of Taiwan’s National SWAT Teams as well as Tactical Chief Instructor for multinational Combined Operations. He founded APA Tactical Simultaneous Combat Systems specifically for specialized response teams. APA integrates advanced High Risk Rescue, Snatch and Extraction processes and Close Combat Capture and Control for use in Tactical Riot, Hostage Rescue and Terror Interdiction.
